These terms govern use of SMSable (smsable.co). By creating an account you agree to them.
SMSable lets you send and receive SMS/MMS using numbers and APIs from carriers you already have. You are responsible for 10DLC, toll-free, or other registrations your carriers require, for consent and STOP handling, and for message content.
No unlawful messaging, phishing, unsolicited bulk where prohibited, or attempts to interfere with the platform. We may suspend accounts that harm deliverability or violate carrier rules.
SMSable subscription fees are billed by us. Carrier SMS/MMS usage is billed by your provider. White label solutions start at $250/mo minimum as described on the white label page.
The service is provided as-is. Message delivery depends on carriers and handsets. We are not liable for carrier outages, filtering, or lost business from undelivered messages, to the extent permitted by law.
