SMSable is a messaging platform for VoIP phone numbers used by individuals, businesses and Managed Service Providers. This policy describes how we handle information when you use smsable.co, the SMSable web app, and the SMSable mobile apps.
Account details (name, email, company), carrier credentials you choose to store so we can send and receive messages on your numbers, message metadata and content needed to deliver conversations, contacts you import, and basic device/log data for security and support.
We use this information to operate the service, deliver SMS/MMS, provide support, bill subscriptions, and improve reliability. We do not sell your message content.
Messages are handed to the VoIP/SMS provider you connect (for example Twilio, Telnyx, Bandwidth, or VoIP.ms). Those providers process traffic under their own terms. Payment processors handle card charges for SMSable subscriptions.
Conversation history is kept while your account is active, unless you delete it. Closed accounts may be retained as required for legal, billing, or abuse prevention.
