Do you offer a free plan?

Once we exit our preview period, we will no longer offer a free tier.

Can I use multiple numbers on a Basic or Pro account?

No, number-sharing is currently limited to the Teams account levels. However, we are working on a sharing system to allow you to connect up to 3 accounts to any one login. We anticipate this feature to become available in the next several months.

Do you offer discounts for annual billing?

Do you offer volume discounts for large teams?

We may have different options available for larger teams or organizations. If you have or anticipate having more than 100 users, please contact us at support@smsable.co to discuss alternative options.

Can I white label SMSable?

* Can you support more than 10,000 contacts?

Currently, the limit is a soft-limit and the app will still function with a larger amount of contacts, however, user experience can be degraded by a large number of contacts. We are working on a marketing focused plan type that will be optimized to allow for high volume sending of SMS and MMS campaigns, allow for better reporting and sending controls.
