Flowroute Setup Guide

Complete 10DLC with your carrier before using SMSable.

Configuring your Flowroute account with SMSable is pretty simple and should only take a few minutes.

1. Set the SMS Callback to https://inbound.smsable.app/receive?provider=flowroute and Enable SMS.
2. Set the MMS Callback to the same URL and Enable MMS.
3. Make sure your API version is set to v2.1.
4. Paste Flowroute API credentials into your SMSable profile.

Private label customers use their private inbound hostname. If inbound fails after migrating from another SMS app, you may need to unset old callback URLs — contact support@smsable.co.
